CRS VP OF OPERATIONS NAMED WASTE & RECYCLING NEWS “RISING STAR”
Waste & Recycling News, the environmental management industry’s leading trade publication, has chosen CRS Vice President of Operations W. Scott Radeker IV as one of 12 up-and-coming professionals to receive its inaugural “Rising Stars” award.
Radeker and the other award recipients were selected from a group of nearly 100 nominees – all waste and recycling industry professionals under the age of 45 working for companies located throughout North America. The “Rising Stars” are described by WRN’s editors as young professionals who have demonstrated their dedication to the industry through their work ethic, vision, innovation and leadership.
Radeker currently resides in Shanghai, where he oversees worldwide operations for CRS Reprocessing Services. In that capacity, he manages the company’s growing business in Asia, including China, Korea, Japan and the Philippines and works to ensure CRS’s ongoing success in the global marketplace.
Asked by the magazine to pinpoint the most important issue facing the industry over the next 10 years, Radeker responded, “Focusing on cost and quality improvements while navigating the changing regulatory landscape for recycling worldwide.”
