water-treatment-engineerLouisville, KY (December 3, 2013) — CRS Reprocessing Services, LLC (CRS), a global provider of fluids reprocessing management, has entered into a strategic alliance agreement with AES Water Solutions (AES), a frac water supply and flow back services subsidiary of Houston, Texas-based HII Technologies, Inc.

The alliance benefits AES by enhancing the company’s previous service offerings with access to CRS’ experience in top hole solids control and drilling fluid reprocessing. CRS, in turn, gains access to existing AES customers who can benefit from CRS’ proprietary technologies to improve the efficiency of their fluids reprocessing operations.

“The strategic alliance with AES supports our current growth trajectory,” says Michael Heath, CRS’ global general manager for oil and gas services. “This type of alliance presents a strategy for growth that differs from our recent acquisition of Solids Solutions, another Texas-based company, but still demonstrates our commitment to bringing CRS’ thirty-plus years of reprocessing experience to companies operating in some of the most active oilfield plays in the United States.”
