Quality Assurance

Before any system is installed on-site, CRS provides thorough testing in our state-of-the-art laboratory. We can take your fluid and run a variety of tests to determine the best possible solution for your processes. We also have the capabilities of testing the fluid in our bench top TUF (Tough Ultra Filtration) filtration unit. This pilot testing provides an accurate picture before the large-scale operation. Quality is one of the most important pillars in the CRS foundation, we want to ensure our service is providing a top-quality product back to the process and meeting customer expectations. The importance of quality control cannot be overestimated. Its’ impact on production, and the bottom line, is substantial. At CRS, we know that our process can be an integral part of the customers manufacturing process. We understand any deviation in the promised specification can be costly to our customer. Therefore, we provide on-site technical support to all our units. This ensures we are constantly meeting expectations and no disruption to the customers processes.

CRS maintains the highest quality standards through detailed analysis and reporting conducted by our on-site technicians. Our support is further enhanced by 24/7 remote monitoring via links to our U.S. headquarters as well as our off-site laboratory. This laboratory is staffed with full-time chemists who are also available for immediate response and monitoring to ensure optimal reprocessing. Because the entire CRS reprocessing cycle is designed as a closed loop that remains on site, outside contaminants cannot enter the process stream. This design helps ensure un-interrupted filtration and consistent results. This is our CRS guarantee. We will not be the reason for downtime at our customers facility.

On-Site Options

CRS Reprocessing provides a variety of filtration options. We customize every solution based on the customer’s needs. None of our solutions are off the shelf, everyone is customized based on the filtration needs, space, and budget of the customer. We have designed most of our units inside sea containers. These compact containers make for easy installation, centralized location, and containment. At installation, most customers just need to hook up their tanks as well as utilities. This easy installation and small footprint are a great selling point for most customers. Due to these customized solutions, we provide, each project can be a lengthy process. The stage gates for these projects include exploration, testing, design, and installation. We take the time to make sure CRS is providing the best possible solution and we can provide consistent results.

Off-Site Options

CRS Reprocessing focuses on on-site installations; however, we also have opportunities for off-site solutions. In some cases, an on-site installation is not feasible or economically sound. To still service these opportunities, we have other options for processing. We can reprocess fluids off-site at our reprocessing facility in the Northeast United States. We have available tanks for storage at this facility to reprocess these fluids and return to the customer within just a few days.
