World Class Engineering Support

CRS is a global leader in our engineering services. We have a dedicated team of a variety of engineers to provide around the clock support. Our team of engineers includes mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and chemical engineers all with multiple years of experience. This well-rounded team of engineers are support for current installations as well as new project designs. This team has designed a variety of new filtration systems customized for each customer specific needs. We also offer constant process support for current on-site installations. This team can also be engaged in re-designing current installations if needed. Sometimes processes change, CRS is prepared for adaptability to provide the best solution for the customer.

Filtration Technologies (R&D)

There are many filtration options out there. Filtration is not a new concept and has been around for a very long time. However, with manufacturing processes ever changing to provide higher quality product at lower prices, filtration technologies must adapt as well. There are new ideas, technologies and improvements being introduced every single year in the filtration industry. CRS is dedicated to improving our filtration technologies as well. Our engineering team is constantly searching for new technologies as well as improving what we already have at our R&D facilities. With our state-of-the-art laboratory and bench-top testing unit, we can constantly look for better ways to filter.

As fluids become more complex and become more expensive to buy and dispose of, there is no time to sit back and rely on current filtration technologies. At CRS, we want to grow with the future of these new fluids as well. We will continually improve our filtration to match the needs of these new technologies. This not only helps the customer but continue to protect our Earth with minimal waste disposal.

Sustainability Driven

The corporate world both Fortune 500 and private now have Sustainability leadership that are decision makers driven to reduce and recycle waste generated both in their manufacturing process and finished product sold. Net zero, landfill diversion and circular economy are all common Sustainability terms. Fortunately for manufacturers, CRS’s solutions apply to waste generated both for the internal process and finished goods. We have been and will continue to be a key partner to meet your Sustainability goals. CRS is committed to preserving the environment as evidenced through every facet of our operation. Our primary line of business is to convert industrial fluids into a reusable product while simultaneously reducing waste disposal. This green initiative not only helps customers recover valuable process fluids but reduces consumers footprint. These waste materials can usually be safely disposed in the drain with minimal or no additional chemical additives. Our on-site business model reduces the risk of material spillage or emission by limiting the transportation of such materials. Our proprietary separation processes for slurry, coolants and lubricants are mechanical in nature and do not use any harsh chemicals that could potentially endanger the environment. At CRS, we continue to seek new and innovative ways to fulfill our role as global stewards in an ongoing effort to protect and serve the communities in which we live and work.

The CRS Guarantee

As an ISO 9001 certified company, CRS has a robust quality system and a focus on continuous improvement. CRS guarantees the performance of its reprocessing service to return conforming used coolant or fluid to agreed-upon specifications. If the reprocessed coolant or fluid does not meet agreed-upon specifications, CRS will continue to reprocess the coolant or fluid until it meets those specifications at its own expense. If requested, CRS will supply a Certificate of Quality Conformance with each delivery that is reprocessed at our facilities. This guarantee provides peace of mind for the customers. The customer does not have to worry about the quality of the reprocessed materials, as CRS guarantees performance. If for some reason on-site equipment has any issue, CRS will use their own off-site filtration at cost to CRS to continue to process the fluid, at no interruption to the customer.

ISO 9001 Certified

CRS quality management standards are among the industry’s highest. Our industrial fluid recycling processes and systems have been certified as meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard.ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system. The standard is used by organizations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.
