CRS contractually guarantees the water specifications that have been identified and agreed upon for each of our customers. Our fully equipped, on-site labs perform extensive testing to ensure each batch conforms to spec—taking key measurements, adjusting to changing water conditions, and providing data logging and other high-value services to optimize late-stage water reprocessing. This detailed analysis helps ensure that improper water, that could risk souring, scaling or other effects on the long-term production from the well, isn't used. This feature is not available with a solution that uses a shared facility.

Detailed water analysis is performed the day it is received, including use of spectrophotometer, digital titration, microbiological illuminated, TSS and scale calculations. From pre-treatment to crystallization to solid waste compression for low disposal costs, our solutions are tailored to meet hydraulic fracturing needs while conforming to government requirements.
